Psychic children suffer, too.

Perhaps the biggest drawback of childrens’ natural psychic ability is the ability to attract all kinds of things, good or bad. Children take things at face value. An imaginary friend that tells them to do something bad or harmful may not raise their suspicions. Psychic children are also more likely to be targeted for harassment by malevolent spirits.

A Psychic Attack on a Child: A Story

A mother and father contacted me back when I lived in New York. Their seven-year-old son was waking up in the middle of the night screaming. When they would go upstairs to check on him, he would be sound asleep. This would always happen between 9:30 p.m. and midnight, and it only happened at home. It wouldn’t happen if he stayed at a friend’s house. It didn’t happen on vacation.

Soon, the boy started talking about a man who lived in the hallway. He said that the man had died in the house of a horrific death. In fact, the parents were shocked by the gruesome detail that their very young son described this death. These were things they couldn’t imagine their child talking about. They thought maybe he saw a horror movie at a friend’s house or something.

Then, the child started acting up. He was usually a good child. However, he began torturing the family dog. He was using profanity. He then starting telling his parents what his new “friend” was going to do to them.

Even the boy became scared. He told this new friend that he didn’t like him anymore. He told it to go away. This only made the spirit angry. He started scaring the boy at night and during the day. He even hit the kid a few times. Once, he tried to push him down the stairs.

To make a long story short, they called me, and I could tell that it wasn’t just a child making things up.

The visit to the house:

I could sense that there was something there before I went over. However, when I got there, I saw a human spirit. This is a good thing — psychic children are sometimes harassed by more powerful spirits. This particular human ghost, however, was a real jackass. His intent was to corrupt the child because he was angry that he was dead and that the family was in his house.

It took me and couple friends to send this spirit away. However, it was not the last time the boy would deal with malevolent spirits. It would take time and maturity to learn the difference between spirits that meant no harm and the ones that did.

That’s a tough learning curve.
