Psychic Blocks: How to Identity and Handle Them
}

Don’t worry:

Psychic blocks happen all the time.

It happens even to the best of us. Sometimes, other people throw up blocks that are insurmountable.This can be very frustrating when it’s your own client. However, psychic blocks can also come from you, and these are the ones you can control. Here’s three of the most common psychic blocks and how you can overcome them:

A scared client doesn’t want you to really see them.

Some people just don’t want to be seen, even if they’re visiting or contacting a psychic. Some may seem to “dare” the psychic to read them; others may lie and say that the psychic is wrong in an effort to win some sort of battle of wills. They may also be clouding their minds on purpose to make it hard to read them.

If a client is playing this game with you, the best thing you can do is to stop playing. This is why many of us have non-refundable fees: people are less likely to play games with you if they have to pay for it. Just tell them “Okay, let’s do this again some other time. Let’s pick a time and a date, now.”

You’re sick or tired.

A psychic needs rest and good health, too. However, you may have to work when you’re tired or sick. That’s one of the many pitfalls of modern life: even if the body is telling you to slow down, you can’t. Your psychic body is intimately linked to your physical body, and when one isn’t in good shape, the other will decline. If you can, try to reschedule any appointment for when you feel better. Most people are understanding.

You’re preoccupied with something else

A quiet mind is important for a good reading. While, in an ideal world, nothing would ever come up during a psychic reading, this isn’t usually possible. It’s best to meditate to settle the mind before every session or reading, but this isn’t always possible, either. The best thing to do is to forgive yourself for being stressed and then focus entirely, for a split-second, on the thing that’s bothering you. After that, you should be able to focus on the task at hand.
